Ingredients:
5 muddled green grapes
2 oz. dry gin
3/4oz. lemon
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz. Pinot Noir
Directions:
In a shaker muddle grapes. Add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice. Fine strain into a
martini glass. Float 1.2 oz. of Pinot Noir over the top
Tip: Floating wine is easier than it looks and is a simple play of density. Hold a spoon
concave side up touching the interior of the glass with the tip. Slowly pour wine over the
spoon. It will settle atop the cocktail creating a clear definition of color that is both
beautiful and tasty.
